To Join The Illinois Police Association click on the
type of Membership you wish to apply for.
For
Mail in submission. Click the
type of membership (below) you would like to join. A new window will open up with
the PDF Membership Form. Fill out the COMPLETE
form, print it and mail it in with your dues check made out
to the Illinois Police Association, Inc.
NOTE: If
your membership application is not completed (make
sure ALL the boxes are completed and the form is signed)
your membership is void.
